Support the FP&A team with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting for leadership. Perform complex financial modeling and variance analysis to provide actionable insights for business cases and M&A activities.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CPA or MBA is preferred, and experience in the insurance industry or with the Epic system is an asset.
