The Account Manager will manage new business and renewals, build strong client relationships, and provide professional customer service. They are also responsible for administrative tasks such as processing payments, managing ICBC inventory, and maintaining accurate account documentation.
Candidates must have 1-3 years of auto insurance experience and hold a General Insurance Salesperson Level 1 license or be able to obtain one within 6 months. A post-secondary degree and experience with the Epic broker management system are considered assets.
