About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at ourBonds Macarthur store.
This is afull-time position at 38 hours per week.
Lead by example to build an inclusive, high-performing team, while driving budgets, KPIs and great customer experiences
Create a strong customer-first environment where every interaction reflects the brand and a consistently high level of service
Coach and develop your team through regular on-the-spot feedback, support and ongoing capability building
Execute visual merchandising in-store, balancing brand guidelines, customer needs and store presentation with commercial judgement
Take ownership of stock processes and daily operations, keeping priorities clear to support smooth day-to-day running
