The Filler Operator is responsible for operating filling machinery to ensure product consistency, quality, and efficiency during the packaging process. They must also perform equipment maintenance, sanitation, and maintain accurate documentation for auditing purposes.
Candidates should have prior experience in brewery or packaging environments and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 40 kg and availability to work all shifts including overtime.

Based in Surrey, British Columbia, MABCL was voted Canada’s Best Brewery of the Year in 2010 and 2012. Its Red Racer brand has become a cult icon among craft beer enthusiasts throughout North America.
In 2019, we opened a 40,000 sq. ft. storage facility with approximately 2,000 barrels of whiskey aging on site. We are proud to be a local Canadian brewery that continues to expand. In 2021, the company completed the installation of a new canning line designated for contract manufacturing.
Mark Anthony Brewing Canada Ltd. is hiring a Filler Operator to join our Surrey production team.
The Filler Operator is primarily responsible for filling containers with the required number of products before packaging and shipping. This role operates filling machines and makes the necessary adjustments to ensure product consistency, quality, and efficiency.
The Filler Operator is also responsible for supporting inventory and maintenance of filling process equipment. The successful candidate must work well under pressure, be highly accurate, and be committed to safety, quality, and sanitation standards.
This is a permanent full-time position that requires availability for all shifts. Overtime may be required based on operational needs. The Filler Operator reports to the Operations Manager.
