The facilitator will deliver synchronous workshops on responding to anti-Indigenous racism for the Personal and Professional Development Skills Certificate. They are responsible for creating an inclusive learning environment and guiding students through case studies to connect course content to real-world healthcare and human services practice.
Candidates must identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Métis, or Inuit) and possess expertise in issues related to Indigenous Peoples. Experience in facilitation, education, or training is required, with preference given to those with a background in post-secondary or adult education.

We are excited to welcome a facilitator to deliver synchronous sessions for the Personal and Professional Development (PPD) Skills Certificate at Stenberg College. The PPD program introduces students to foundational skills in equity, diversity, inclusion, and Indigeneity (EDII). This role will focus specifically on Module 5: Responding to Anti-Indigenous Racism.
The facilitator will provide students with the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussion, apply knowledge through case studies, and learn directly from an Indigenous professional with lived experience.
