The RSP Voc evaluates participants' physical, cognitive, and psychological abilities to create objective vocational analyses and employability assessments. They collaborate with specialists to develop rehabilitation plans and provide evidence-based conclusions on earning potential and transferable skills.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Kinesiology, or Rehabilitation, along with a CVRP or CVRP-F designation. Candidates must have at least three years of experience in vocational rehabilitation services and be able to obtain federal security clearance.

About the role
Location: Work from Home anywhere in Canada
The RSP Voc evaluates the Participant’s current and potential vocational abilities through assessment of the Participant’s physical, cognitive, and psychological abilities to create an objective vocational analysis for transferable skills and employability.
The RSP Voc collaborates with the Rehabilitation Service Specialists (RSSs) and other RSPs as needed to gather evidence to evaluate the Participant’s overall capacity for employment and earning potential for Employability and Earnings Capacity Assessments (EECA), and additionally for the purposes of completing Transferable Skills Analysis (TSA), that can be used to guide the Rehabilitation Plan goals.
