The Operations Manager is responsible for managing staff and systems to meet ambulance service performance requirements in the Moncton area. The role involves overseeing workforce operations, handling employee and labour issues, and participating in the recruitment of paramedic staff.
Candidates must have completed an approved paramedic training program and possess at least five years of paramedic experience, including three years in a leadership role. A valid Class 4 driver's license and proficiency in business computer programs are also required.

We are looking for an Operations Manager, Moncton, to help us ensure patients receive exemplary, highly coordinated primary health care in the right place, from the right provider, at the right time.
Located in Moncton, the incumbent will be responsible to manage staff and systems to meet the performance requirements of the ambulance service for the administrative area of Moncton. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will assist with the Company Corporate Strategic Goals, build staff capabilities, and implement changes to improve service levels. The overall general role of this position is to direct and provide oversight for the workforce in a positive manner.
The Base Pay range may vary depending on the successful candidate or other relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and education/training. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Medavie employees may participate in various performance-based incentive programs. Payments under these programs are discretionary and subject to both individual and organizational results.
