The Team Lead ensures the well-being of individuals in care by implementing treatment plans and supporting Direct Support Specialists in daily operations. They are also responsible for maintaining home safety, managing documentation, and auditing individual progress and staff performance.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, diploma, or advanced certification in a relevant field along with 1-2 years of experience. A valid driver's license, vehicle, and current CPR/First Aid certification are mandatory for this role.
