We are seeking a highly experienced Pre-Sales Lead – SAP Solutions to help accelerate our growth across the region through AI-led business transformation initiatives. This role will lead strategic customer engagements, shape transformational opportunities, and develop innovative SAP-centric solutions that combine enterprise applications, data, cloud, automation, and artificial intelligence to deliver measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to customers and play a key role in expanding our regional footprint and market leadership in intelligent enterprise transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end pre-sales engagements for SAP and ERP transformation opportunities across the region, partnering closely with sales, delivery, and practice teams to develop winning solutions that drive business growth.
• Support the organization's regional expansion strategy by identifying, shaping, and pursuing opportunities centered on digital, data, cloud, and AI-enabled business transformation.
• Engage customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, operating models, and transformation priorities, translating these into compelling solution strategies and value propositions.
• Advise customers on AI-led transformation strategies, helping them leverage intelligent technologies, automation, analytics, and emerging innovations to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and business outcomes.
• Shape and drive client pursuits, including opportunity qualification, solution positioning, competitive differentiation, and pursuit strategy.
• Lead customer workshops, discovery sessions, executive presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposal discussions.
• Architect high-level SAP and enterprise application solutions that align with customer business requirements, technology strategies, and AI-driven transformation objectives.
• Develop and oversee responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tender submissions, ensuring solution quality, competitiveness, and alignment with customer expectations.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, consulting, data, cloud, and AI teams to define solution scope, implementation approaches, effort estimates, and commercial considerations.
• Articulate the business value, transformation benefits, and return on investment of proposed solutions, with a particular focus on AI-enabled business innovation and process optimization.
• Capture, document, and govern business, functional, and architecture requirements throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and guidance to solution architects, consultants, and subject matter experts involved in pursuit activities.
• Drive solution standardization, simplification, reuse, and adoption of leading practices across SAP, AI, data, analytics, and enterprise application offerings.
• Stay informed of market trends, industry developments, competitive offerings, emerging technologies, and AI innovations to strengthen customer engagement and solution positioning.
• Support the development of go-to-market offerings, thought leadership, and reusable assets that position the organization as a leader in AI-driven enterprise transformation.
• Work closely with delivery and program leadership teams to ensure effective transition from sales to implementation and successful realization of business outcomes.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 12+ years of experience in SAP, ERP, enterprise applications, digital transformation, or related consulting and solutioning roles.
• Proven experience leading customer-facing pre-sales, solution consulting, pursuit leadership, or business development activities.
• Demonstrated success in supporting complex enterprise sales pursuits and large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SAP and enterprise business processes, with the ability to align technology solutions to strategic business objectives.
• Experience in shaping digital transformation, cloud transformation, data modernization, or AI-enabled business initiatives.
• Understanding of current AI, automation, advanced analytics, and intelligent enterprise solutions, including their application to business transformation.
• Strong consultative engagement skills with the ability to influence business and technology stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
• Experience facilitating workshops, conducting requirements analysis, and translating business needs into strategic solution roadmaps.
• Broad understanding of enterprise architecture, integration, cloud, analytics, data platforms, and hybrid technology environments.
• Commercially minded with experience supporting solution estimation, proposal development, business case creation, and deal shaping.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and helping organizations realize value from AI-led transformation initiatives.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.
