We are seeking a visionary Product Manager to shape and optimise key moments of our end-to-end customer journey, with ownership across Checkout and Post-Order Fulfilment. Working closely with Product, Analytics, Design, Logistics, Customer Experience, Commercial and Engineering teams, you will build innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction, improve operational excellence and unlock business growth.

Responsibilities

• Setting the vision, product strategy and roadmap to drive growth and business impact.
• Defining metrics to measure the health and success of your products and initiatives.
• Running experiments to support your product decisions with data.
• Identifying and executing on opportunities to optimise the acquisition funnel and improve user onboarding.
• Understanding user needs and building delightful user experiences in collaboration with the design team.
• Aligning with business stakeholders and other product teams to drive meaningful outcomes while ensuring a cohesive user experience.
• Leading product execution and helping your squad members thrive.
• Working closely with engineering teams across products to build scalable and robust solutions.
• Keeping apprised of innovations and trends in the industry, as well as emerging technologies, and inspiring teams to stay ahead of the curve.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Natural Science Studies, or a related field.
• Proven experience of around 4 or more years successfully building consumer products in growing markets (experience with consumer-facing products is strongly preferred).
• Experience owning customer journey products such as Checkout, Payments, Post-Order, Fulfilment, Logistics, Customer Support or Growth products is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience running A/B experiments and working closely with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and business metrics.
• Efficient in developing product strategies and roadmaps, deriving insights from data and understanding high-level technical architectures.
• Obsessed with the user experience and have a track record of successful collaboration with designers.
• Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data, balanced with strong product judgment, to drive product decisions.
• Good at leading and influencing, with demonstrated product leadership experience.
• Solid experience leading agile teams and turning epics into well-structured user stories.
• Curious growth mindset, not afraid of challenging the status quo, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and balancing competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
