The Nurse Manager ensures the healthcare needs of assisted living and memory care residents are met while maintaining compliance with licensing regulations. They are also responsible for supervising staff and ensuring all team members are trained in current procedures and policies.
Candidates must hold a current and unrestricted RN or LPN license in the State of Washington, with an RN license preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field and 5 years of management experience are required.

This position will ensure that the health care needs of all assisted living and memory care residents are met. The Assisted Living Nurse Manager will ensure that staff is trained in assisted living procedures and policies which are current and up to date. The Assisted Living Nurse Manager will also ensure that Bayview is in compliance with current Assisted Living License regulations. Working cooperatively with the Healthcare Administrator, supervise the delivery of services provided to the residents and supervises staff.
