Create a unique and theatrical customer cheese experience through expert product knowledge and interactive service. Lead the cheese department by managing direct reports and collaborating with merchandising staff to drive sales.
Requires management experience, food retail experience, or a two-year culinary degree. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to taste cheese daily to maintain product expertise.

Work closely with Deli Merchandising and District Staff, as well as the direct reports to create an environment of outgoing, personal, theatrical cheese retailing within the store environment. Role model proactive selling and superior product knowledge to drive sales in a targeted manner. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
