We are looking for a UX Designer to spearhead the evolution of new advertising products that will better connect businesses of all sizes to their customers.
As a foundational member of a growing team within Amazon Advertising, your work will help us create best-in-class products. You’ll be involved in all aspects of product development from brainstorming the next innovation to working collaboratively with user research, engineering, and product management. You will utilize a full range of skill—including: wireframing, interaction design, prototyping, and visual design—to bring these experiences to life. Your work will have strategic significance and high exposure. Most importantly, you will have a direct impact on the customer experience of shoppers, advertisers, and brand-owners globally.
Amazon Advertising operates at the intersection of eCommerce and advertising, offering a rich array of advertising solutions with the goal of helping our customers find and discover anything they want to buy.

Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of design experience - 4+ years of delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer experience - Have an available online portfolio - Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar - Experience working cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from product management, engineering, testing, and marketing - Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up - Experience designing software for end users or enterprise customers - Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of mass-market consumer web / mobile products experience - Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
