Previous professional kitchen experience and a food-handler certification are preferred. Candidates must be able to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and be available for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook who can deliver consistent breakfast service today while helping our culinary team prepare for tomorrow. This position is ideal for a cook who takes pride in technique, organization, food safety, and presentation-and who is excited to learn and execute a newly developed menu. You will manage an assigned station, prepare ingredients, cook menu items to order, maintain a safe and organized workspace, and work closely with the culinary and service teams to deliver quality food every time.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside a culinary team that is creating something new. Strong performers may have opportunities to expand their stations, skills, responsibilities, and schedules as the new menu and restaurant concept launch.
