The Senior Communications Specialist will partner with the CTO organization to draft leader messages, town hall narratives, and internal communications plans. They will also manage the Confluence environment to ensure internal content remains current, organized, and accessible to employees.
Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in internal communications, preferably within a technology or matrixed organization. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and proficiency with generative AI tools and Confluence governance are required.

The CTO organization leads some of Lytx’s most consequential work, including AI product launches, platform migrations, organizational redesign, and new development models.
The Employee Communications Partner supports the CTO organization in close partnership with Lytx’s Senior Employee Communications Partner. This role helps shape clear, timely, and coordinated communications for key R&D priorities.
You will help draft leader messages, advise on timing and channel, and translate complex AI and engineering topics into language employees can understand and act on.
You will also steward Lytx’s Confluence environment so content stays current, owned, searchable, and useful. Employees should be able to find trusted information quickly without tracking down the right person.
