Room Attendants support the Three P Philosophy (People, Profit & Planet) by ensuring rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and prepared efficiently while minimizing waste and preserving assets. This is one of the most guest-impacting positions in the hotel and must consistently uphold brand cleanliness standard.
