Old Town Tequila Factory is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Prep Cook to support our temporary breakfast operation and help prepare for the launch of our reimagined menu. This is a hands-on role for someone who values accuracy, freshness, organization, sanitation, and teamwork.
As a Prep Cook, you will help transform ingredients into the building blocks of an excellent guest experience. You may also have the opportunity to learn new recipes and preparation methods as our culinary team develops and introduces the restaurant's next menu.
Prep Cooks will be essential to both our current breakfast service and our future menu launch. This position offers the opportunity to learn the new menu from the beginning and grow alongside the culinary team as restaurant operations expand.
