The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing work orders, diagnosing repairs, and maintaining the property's exterior and curb appeal. They also manage inventory, ensure OSHA safety compliance, and provide direction to subordinate staff.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, EPA Type I & II certification, and experience in various trades like plumbing and electrical. Previous supervisory experience and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including on-call rotations, are preferred.

The Maintenance Technician responsibilities will include:
- Timely completion of work orders and special projects
- Monitor and document maintenance tasks, including appliance replacement, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain inventory, ensure shop cleanliness, and comply with safety and OSHA standards.
- Ensure adherence to fair housing policies, company procedures, and maintain confidentiality.
- Maintain required site-level logs and support software provisioning within defined access parameters.
- High School diploma/GED
- HVAC knowledge and EPA certification, Type I & II or better, including 410A Certification.
- Be available for a flexible work schedule, including weekends and on-call responsibilities.
- Ability to provide direction and instruction to subordinates, and to communicate effectively and efficiently with residents, supervisors, vendors, and others.
- Previous plumbing, electrical, mechanical, drywall repairs, carpentry, and pool/spa maintenance experience.
- Previous hotel, commercial, and/or apartment maintenance experience preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Must be comfortable with the use of software, mobile devices, and computer-related hardware
