The Financial Analyst will assist in business plan modeling, projection reporting, and operational analysis. They are also responsible for managing land purchase documents, backlog management, and processing pricing changes for subdivisions.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in homebuilding or finance. Proficiency in Excel and strong organizational skills are required for this role.

Job Summary:
Assists in business plan modeling and projection reporting; Performs financial and operational analysis and reporting; Assists in processes for procurement of land and lots; Assists with backlog management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, or 2-5 years of experience as a financial analyst or similar position in homebuilding or finance related fields.
