The General Laborer performs various manual labor tasks in an industrial setting, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation. They are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe job site while assisting other craft workers under the direction of a supervisor.
Candidates must be able to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting 50 pounds and working in various weather conditions. While no minimum education is required, 12 months of industrial experience is preferred and a valid state ID or driver's license is necessary.

Will perform various labor-intensive tasks in an industrial setting under the direction of a supervisor or foreman. May operate a variety of hand and power tools. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, clean up rubble and debris and remove waste materials. May assist other craft workers. Other duties may be assigned.
Education: no minimum education requirements.
Experience: 12+ months of experience in an Industrial setting preferred.
Certification/License: A Valid state ID or Driver’s License

Employees must be able to sit, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and use hands and fingers to perform assigned duties. Employees must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and meet all customer, site, regulatory, medical, and fitness-for-duty requirements applicable to the position.
Must be able to perform all job duties while maintaining a constant commitment to safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
