WB Games Montréal est à la recherche d’un.e assistant.e en recherche utilisateur.rice (Contrat temps-plein à durée déterminée – 18 mois) qui a le souci du détail et une passion pour le jeu vidéo et la science entourant la recherche.
Dans ce poste, tu seras responsable de l’animation et de l’organisation de groupes (de 4 à 20 participant.e.s) pour effectuer des séances de test sur consoles, ordinateur ou appareil mobile afin de récolter des données pour améliorer les jeux produits ou publiés par WB Games.
Au cours de ce contrat de 18 mois, tu observeras le comportement des participant.e.s et communiqueras cette information à l’équipe de recherche. Tu recevras une formation pour un grand nombre des compétences nécessaires, mais la connaissance des principes de recherche visant l’humain est essentielle.
Le.la titulaire du poste sera employé.e par Aptitude-X et recevra un salaire et des avantages sociaux selon les modalités offertes.

WB Games Montreal is looking for a detail-oriented User Research Assistant (Full-Time Contract – 18 months) who has a passion for gaming and the science around conducting research.
In this role you will be responsible to moderate and organize groups (4 – 20 participants) for game testing sessions on console, PC, and mobile devices to collect data on games made or published by WB Games.
During this 18-month contract position, you will observe participant’s behavior and communicate that information back to the research team. You will receive training for many of the necessary skills, however knowledge of research practices involving a human subject is essential.
The incumbent will be employed by Aptitude-X and will receive salary and benefits accordingly.
This position is hybrid. No relocation assistance will be offered. You must have legal right to work in Canada.
