The Leadership Team Assistant provides high-level administrative support to members of the Popeyes executive team, ensuring seamless operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role involves managing calendars, coordinating travel, preparing reports, and acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week out of our Miami, FL office.
