Détails du poste:
Poste à temps plein de jour.
Horaire de 08h à 16h, incluant une (1) fin de semaine sur deux (2).
Vos principales responsabilités :
Réaliser l’entretien complet des aires communes : planchers, tapis, surfaces, salles de bain communes, vitres et zones extérieures.
Exécuter des travaux d’entretien général variés (plomberie, menuiserie, électricité simples) dans les espaces communs et les appartements.
Assurer les vérifications périodiques des équipements et intervenir selon la cédule préventive.
Appuyer les équipes internes lors d’événements, d’installations matérielles ou de projets spéciaux.
Contribuer activement à la sécurité et au bien-être des résidents en signalant tout risque ou anomalie.
Participer à la préparation des zones pour la collecte des déchets et toutes autres tâches favorisant le bon fonctionnement de la résidence.
Ce que vous apporterez :
Expérience similaire, DEP en entretien général d’immeuble ou hygiène et salubrité est un atout.
Excellentes habiletés techniques de base, autonomie dans la résolution de problèmes et capacité à apprendre de nouvelles méthodes ou outils.
Goût pour la diversité des tâches, avec un rôle concret où ta contribution est directement visible, et capacité à collaborer efficacement avec différentes équipes.
Bonne condition physique, sens de l’organisation et maintien d’un haut niveau de qualité dans toutes les tâches.
