The Talent Acquisition Coordinator manages end-to-end recruitment activities, focusing on high-volume hiring for Flight Attendants. This role involves coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and facilitating hiring events to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Candidates must have 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR administration and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS software. Strong organizational skills, bilingualism in English and French, and the ability to travel within Canada are required.
