Oversee account management activities to achieve strategic client service, retention, and sales objectives for large and complex surety clients. Lead the design of programs, negotiate terms, and manage the delivery of all client deliverables and renewals.
Requires 10+ years of surety-related and client management experience, including program management for contractors and commercial surety. Must possess strong technical knowledge of the industry and maintain required professional licensing.
The Sr. Surety Client Advocate oversees all account management activities to reach strategic client service, retention and sales objectives. In this role you will work closely with the other members of the client service and broking teams to ensure the needs of the clients are met or exceeded for all client deliverables.
