Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in business or operations analysis within complex environments. Proficiency in process analysis, requirements management, and continuous improvement methodologies like Lean or Agile is required.

The Senior Business Analyst will join the Implementation Excellence team to drive operational effectiveness, process maturity, and execution discipline across implementation-related initiatives. This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating operational needs into actionable requirements.
The position partners closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, IT, Operations, Sales, and Service Management—to deliver scalable, sustainable, and measurable solutions. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, structured problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed environment.
