You will be responsible for creating and managing digital content across various platforms, including LinkedIn, social media, and the company newsletter. Additionally, you will support video production, podcasting, and employer branding initiatives to help grow the company's digital presence.
Candidates must be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Strong writing skills, visual design proficiency with tools like Canva, and experience with video editing for social media are essential.

El reto
Buscamos a alguien creativo que quiera construir la voz de Tessera en digital. No vas a mirar cómo se hace: vas a escribir, grabar, montar y publicar.
Escribir copy para LinkedIn, redes sociales, web y campañas, con un tono directo y humano.
Crear el contenido de LinkedIn de la marca y apoyar a los perfiles del equipo, que es donde se juega nuestra visibilidad.
Diseñar piezas en Canva: carruseles, plantillas, banners, publicaciones de vacantes y material para eventos.
Producir vídeo corto para redes: grabar en oficina, editar, subtitular y publicar.
Escribir y maquetar la newsletter, desde la selección de temas hasta el envío.
Apoyar en el podcast: preparación de temas, grabación, edición y difusión de los cortes en redes.
Proponer formatos nuevos y llevarlos de la idea a la publicación.
Apoyar en el calendario de contenidos y en el seguimiento de resultados para saber qué funciona.
Participar en acciones de marca y employer branding.
Estar cursando o haber finalizado recientemente estudios en Marketing, Comunicación, Publicidad, Periodismo, Audiovisuales o similares, y poder firmar convenio de prácticas.
Buena redacción. Es lo más importante del puesto: ortografía impecable y capacidad de contar algo en tres frases.
Manejo de Canva y buen ojo para lo visual.
Saber grabar y editar vídeo para redes, con el móvil o con herramientas sencillas.
Uso activo de LinkedIn, Instagram y TikTok, y criterio sobre qué funciona en cada una.
Ganas de proponer ideas y de probar cosas nuevas.
Tienes portfolio, cuenta propia, blog, newsletter, podcast o algo que hayas creado tú.
Has tocado Adobe (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator), CapCut o herramientas de edición de audio.
Has trabajado con plataformas de email marketing (Mailchimp, Brevo o similares).
Te manejas con el inglés escrito.
Has trasteado con herramientas de IA para generar o editar contenido.
Te interesa el mundo del talento, los negocios o las startups.
