The role involves leading the end-to-end EMEA forecast, budgeting, and month-end close processes while driving the regional Data/BI and FP&A transformation agenda. You will also provide financial performance analysis, manage P&L reporting, and mentor team members to foster analytical capability.
Candidates must have 5+ years of FP&A experience in a global organization with strong financial modelling and Excel skills. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is required, along with a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.

Reporting into the FP&A Senior Manager, EMEA, the Manager, FP&A – EMEA is a high-impact role at the heart of SharkNinja's EMEA finance function. We are hiring a managers into this role to cover end-to-end forecast, monthly close, and executive reporting cycle, and leading the EMEA Data/BI & FP&A transformation agenda.
