The insurance agent is responsible for selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers while maintaining production goals. They must also manage currency transactions and build strong relationships with clients to provide expert advice.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills. A Property and Casualty license and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish are preferred but not required.
