The General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a clinical research site, including ensuring 100% protocol adherence and delivering excellent patient care. They will also build the foundation for team growth, manage site workflows, and maintain compliance with all study standards.
The candidate must have at least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience and a minimum of 5 years of professional working experience. Demonstrated experience overseeing operations in a clinical or business site is required, along with the ability to contribute to patient-facing tasks.

In this role you will be responsible for the day to day management of a new clinical research site, including site operations, patient visits, and early-stage growth. We are a multi-unit clinical research site network.
The General Manager will maintain all activities related to the conduct of clinical trials at the site including but not limited to:
Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000
