Candidates need 6+ years of combined education and professional experience, including at least 2 years leading retail or operations teams. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred and can substitute for up to 3 years of experience.
The Senior Retail Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving retail performance and operational excellence at Houston Bush International Airport. Serving as the second‑in‑command for retail operations, this position partners closely with the Director of Retail Operations to deliver strong financial results, exceptional customer experiences, and well‑led retail teams across a multi‑brand airport retail environment. This role owns the day‑to‑day retail operations, develops management talent, and ensures consistent execution of company and brand standards while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, brand partners, and stakeholders.
Salary - $76,166 - $93,477 plus annual bonus!
