The Purchasing Contracts Administrator manages complex construction and service contracts, including the full lifecycle of RFPs, RFQs, and ITBs. They ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while monitoring contractor performance and processing contractual documentation.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Business, or a related field and possess at least 3 years of experience in a major purchasing environment. Professional certifications such as CPPB, CPPM, or CTCD are required or preferred.

The Purchasing Contracts Administrator is responsible for managing and administering complex construction and service contracts, including RFPs, RFQs, and ITBs. Ensures compliance with state and federal procurement requirements, assists with contract development and evaluation processes, monitors contractor performance, processes contract documentation and invoices, communicates project status to stakeholders, and maintains accurate records of all contractual activities. Performs other duties as assigned.
