The Registered Nurse will perform patient assessments, identify needs, and initiate appropriate nursing interventions within the Emergency Department. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and completing interdisciplinary care plans for patients.
Applicants must hold an active North Carolina or compact RN license and possess or obtain BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Two or more years of clinical experience is preferred for this role.

The Emergency Department at Frye Regional Medical Center offers a supportive and stable work environment, caring for a variety of patients across the life span. This 32- Bed unit features self-scheduling, 12-hour shifts, and every-other-weekend rotation, helping promote flexibility and work-life balance. Nurses in this unit benefit from a collaborative team culture, and the opportunity to gain diverse clinical experience.
