Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Education, University Degree, or Master of Education along with provincial teaching certification. One to two years of experience in a similar teaching role is required.

They establish strong relationships with students, motivating them to develop essential skills, knowledge, and attitudes that support their educational progression. Additionally, teachers collaborate with parents and staff to create a positive and supportive learning community.
