The role focuses on analyzing and optimizing customer order workflows and technical requirements within the Infor M3 ERP system. The analyst acts as a subject matter expert and business partner to ensure system integrity and improve operational efficiency.
Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience as a business systems analyst, preferably with Infor M3 or ERP expertise. A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or IT is considered an asset, and bilingualism in English and French is preferred.
Customer order technical and workflow knowledge used to conduct complex, thorough, and technical analysis of management systems, workflows, and requirements within Infor M3. Responsible for the understanding and documentation of these functional requirements in order to clearly identify user requirements and business processes. Acts as a change agent to support user compliance and understanding of new processes.
Education: College Diploma or University Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or equivalent experience is an asset.
Work Experience: 2–3 years in a business systems analyst role, preferably with a focus on customer order management or ERP systems.
Ideal for candidates with existing Infor M3 CO experience seeking to expand their role in system ownership and process leadership.
