Supervise work crews and resources to ensure the efficient and safe construction of roadways and subdivisions. Manage daily activity logs, coordinate with subcontractors, and enforce strict adherence to safety programs and company ethics.
Requires a minimum of five years of experience in civil or industrial earthworks with a valid Class 5 driver's license. Candidates must be able to read blueprints and possess strong leadership skills, with a degree in Civil or Construction Engineering Technology considered an asset.

Schedule: 11+ Hours/day, Saturdays and Sundays as required, Schedule as per Operational Requirements, OT after 8hr/day or 44hr/week
