The Intervention Specialist is responsible for preparing and delivering modified lesson plans and differentiating instruction to meet diverse student needs. They must manage classroom behavior, maintain progress records, and collaborate with families and colleagues to support academic and social-emotional growth.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in education or a related field and a current state of Ohio teaching license in the appropriate content area. Experience working in urban environments and the ability to pass criminal background checks are also required.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
