This is a Full-Time OR Part-Time Walker position with JSR Logistics (the “Company”) delivering packages to customers!
We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem solve a wide range of situations, and win in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done. Successful delivery employees enjoy being out walking and around the Brooklyn community, put safety first and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.

As we grow, supervisory roles will be available
$18.50 to $19.50 hourly rate paid weekly
6 to 8-hour shifts are typical
For Full-time employees, one weekend workday per week is required

Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment

Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
Follow all local & state laws, and Company policies
Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis on and off a hand truck without assitance. Must be able to walk 1 to 3 miles per day, as long as climb stairs.
Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
Load and unload packages onto a hand cart
Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

HIRING PROCESS takes approximately 1-2 WEEKS to COMPLETE. It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver’s license.
