Requires 3-4 years of experience in facilities maintenance and a technical or trade school certification. Must hold specific licenses including a Boiler Operator license, EPA CFC certification, and CPO or AFO certification.
The Facilities Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers, and pool systems. This role ensures a safe, compliant, and fully operational facility through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and use of CMMS systems. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in facilities maintenance, building engineering, and mechanical systems within commercial or recreational environments.
