We are looking for Mechanics to maintain our fleet of shared vehicles. This role is ideal for mechanically-inclined operations professionals that want to broaden and build their career experiences. Teamwork is at the heart of our operation, as mechanics work together to identify critical parts of our product lines that can be improved and ensure the safe working condition of our fleet.
Ensure operational compliance of fleet and complete quality checks for deployment
Perform repairs from basic maintenance to complex electronic part replacement
Follow established safety procedures to ensure Lime riders are on the safest vehicles
Manage battery operations such as inspection, rotation, check in/out, and more
Ensure accurate documentation of completed quality checks for vehicles and parts
Support inventory management and organization of tools, parts, and vehicles
May assist with any level of tire maintenance including changes, inflation, or assembly
Maintain and abide by safety and hygiene standards within the warehouse
Maximize the number of operational vehicles by efficiently completing tasks assigned
Safely operate a pallet jack or push cart on a frequent basis
Additional job related tasks as assigned
Must be at least 18 years of age
Experience in a similar industry preferred
Ability to lift up to 65lbs / 35 kg on a frequent basis required
Knowledge of cell phone applications. iOS experience preferred
Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Experience safely operating a pallet jack or push cart
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform quick and efficient repairs
Self-motivated with and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage daily tasks
A safety-oriented mindset, capable of conducting rigorous quality checks
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well within a team

Vos missions
Assurer la conformité opérationnelle de la flotte et effectuer les contrôles qualité avant le déploiement
Effectuer des réparations allant de l'entretien de base au remplacement de composants électroniques complexes
Suivre les procédures de sécurité établies pour veiller à ce que les utilisateurs de Lime disposent des véhicules les plus sûrs
Gérer les opérations liées aux batteries (inspection, rotation, enregistrement des entrées/sorties, etc.)
Garantir un suivi documentaire précis des contrôles qualité effectués sur les véhicules et les pièces
Contribuer à la gestion des stocks et à l'organisation des outils, des pièces et des véhicules
Participer à l'entretien des pneus à tous les niveaux (changement, gonflage ou montage)
Maintenir et respecter les normes de sécurité et d'hygiène au sein de l'entrepôt
Maximiser le nombre de véhicules opérationnels en accomplissant de manière efficiente les tâches assignées
Manipuler en toute sécurité un transpalette ou un chariot manuel de manière fréquente
Accomplir d'autres tâches connexes selon les besoins

Avoir au moins 18 ans
Expérience souhaitée dans un secteur similaire
Capacité à soulever fréquemment jusqu'à 35 kg (65 lbs) requise
Maîtrise des applications mobiles ; expérience sur iOS appréciée
Disponibilité pour travailler sur différents horaires, y compris les soirs et les week-ends
Expérience dans la manipulation sécurisée d'un transpalette ou d'un chariot manuel
Fortes capacités de résolution de problèmes, avec la capacité d'effectuer des réparations rapides et efficaces
