Responsible for the upkeep of residential apartments and public areas, including performing routine and emergency repairs. Tasks include managing maintenance work orders and conducting scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
Requires a minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in residential, commercial, or construction settings. Candidates must pass a Level 2 background screening and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Working: Wednesday thru Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Saturday and Sunday, 8AM to 4:30 PM
Days Off: Monday & Tuesday.
Compensation: $20.00 thru $22.00 an hour commensurate with experience
