Job Summary
Bell 407 Rotor experience needed for this position. Responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, inspections, and alterations of Company operated aircraft and articles as assigned in accordance with United Rotorcraft policies and procedures. Ensures company operational goals and objectives are met, while guaranteeing all aircraft maintenance documentation is executed in compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, company policies and procedures, and applicable maintenance manuals. Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following: • Perform all core duties of applicable technician requirements at an exceptional level• Coordinate with AMC Maintenance Support and Planning Departments to provide support for field maintenance needs• Provide communications to Engineering Department for specialized shop needs• Coordinate with AMC Maintenance Support and Planning Departments to provide support for field maintenance needs• Report Maintenance Leads and Supervisors on project constraints and progress updates• Mentor new employees in understanding shop procedures to increase their efficiency and productivity • Responsible for monitoring, controlling and ordering of material usage in the designated shop.• Other duties as assignedAdditional Job Requirements• Regular scheduled attendance• Indicate the percentage of time spent traveling: <5%Subject to applicable laws and Air Method’s policies, regular attendance is an essential function of the position.
