Help ensure knowledge resources are accurate, current, well sourced, and aligned with applicable confidentiality, ethical, information governance, and firm risk expectations.
Coordinate with relevant firm functions, including IT, Innovation, Marketing, Communications, Talent, Practice Support Operations, and General Counsel stakeholders, to support broader firm initiatives and promote consistent knowledge practices.
Develop practical quality-control processes so content owners, KMAs, and practice leaders can maintain high-value resources over time.
