Role Overview
At Higgsfield AI, we're building the next generation of AI-powered creative tools used by millions of creators, marketers, brands, and enterprises around the world. As our user base continues to scale rapidly, we're looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the customer journey from first touch through long-term engagement, retention, and expansion.
You'll develop data-driven lifecycle strategies that activate new users, increase product adoption, drive repeat purchases, and maximize customer lifetime value. Working cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Data, Design, and Engineering, you'll build personalized experiences that keep users coming back while helping shape how one of the fastest-growing AI companies communicates with its customers.
This is an ideal role for someone who loves experimentation, customer psychology, automation, and using data to create exceptional user experiences.
What You’ll Do
Own the Customer Lifecycle
Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
Design personalized customer journeys that improve product adoption and long-term retention.
Identify opportunities to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.
Build High-Performing Campaigns
Create automated email, push notification, SMS, and in-product messaging campaigns.
Develop segmentation strategies based on customer behavior, usage, and lifecycle stage.
Own A/B testing strategy across messaging, timing, audience segmentation, and creative.
Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize conversion, engagement, and retention metrics.
Build reporting dashboards and communicate insights to leadership.
Partner Across the Business
Work closely with Product and Engineering to improve onboarding and user education.
Collaborate with Growth, Creative, Brand, and Product Marketing on integrated customer campaigns.
Partner with Data teams to identify behavioral insights and growth opportunities.
Scale Lifecycle Infrastructure
Help define lifecycle marketing systems, automation, and best practices as the company grows.
Improve customer data quality and segmentation capabilities.
Recommend new tools, workflows, and technologies that improve marketing efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention marketing, growth marketing, or customer engagement.
Experience managing lifecycle campaigns for high-growth B2C, PLG, SaaS, AI, or consumer technology companies.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategy, segmentation, personalization, and behavioral marketing.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
Strong analytical skills with experience measuring lifecycle performance using product and marketing analytics.
Comfortable partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
Excellent written communication and customer messaging skills.
Highly organized, data-driven, and excited by rapid experimentation.
Experience marketing AI, creator, consumer technology, or SaaS products.
Familiarity with SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, GA4, or similar analytics platforms.
Experience with subscription businesses and monetization strategies.
International lifecycle marketing experience across multiple markets.

Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $140,000 - $200,000, depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.

This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
