You will own and optimize the HubSpot instance while building agentic AI workflows to automate marketing tasks. Additionally, you will manage performance reporting, data tracking, and cross-functional process improvements to drive growth.
Candidates must have 2-5 years of experience in marketing operations or CRM management with hands-on expertise in HubSpot. Proficiency in building agentic AI systems and a strong analytical mindset are essential for this role.
We're looking for a systems-minded marketer who enjoys building the infrastructure that powers growth. This person will own and optimize our HubSpot instance, build scalable workflows, ensure clean and reliable data, and turn analytics into actionable insights that improve acquisition, retention, and revenue.
We're also looking for someone who is genuinely excited about AI-powered operations — not just using AI tools, but building agentic systems that automate and scale marketing workflows. Experience with Claude Cowork (Anthropic's desktop automation tool) is a strong signal that you know how to put AI to work in a real operational context.
Beyond execution, we're looking for someone who can proactively identify opportunities within our funnel and recommend improvements that drive measurable impact.
