Act as the bridge between business teams and the ERP system to gather requirements and solve process challenges. Lead ERP implementations, configure systems to align with business needs, and manage data migrations and integrations.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field and 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or ERP Consultant. Must have knowledge of manufacturing ERP concepts and experience with major platforms like SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or NetSuite.
