Provide technical support for Amada software solutions, including CAD/CAM, nesting, and DNC communication applications. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to CNC machine operations from design to final output code.
Requires experience with Sheet Metal CNC machine operation or programming and proficiency in CAD/CAM software. Candidates must have strong technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Windows environments and networking.

Support Amada Solution Software Applications consisting of CAD/CAM Software, Nesting Software, DNC Communication Software, Bending offline programming Software and other areas. Daily general responsibilities and tasks consisting of troubleshooting, installation and supporting customers from the first stages of design to final stages of output code in relation to Press Brakes, Lasers, Turrets, Combination Punch/Lasers machines.
