The Manager oversees the daily operations of the early learning center, ensuring compliance with state licensing and institutional regulations. Key duties include supervising faculty, managing student enrollment, and coordinating educational programs and activities.
A Bachelor's degree and experience teaching in an early learning environment are required. A degree specifically in Early Childhood Education and knowledge of state licensing requirements are preferred.
The Manager of Center Operations is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, coordinating, and controlling services of the childcare program, exercising independent judgment and decision-making authority as delegated, including policies, procedures, and faculty supervision. Under general supervision, the manager operates the childcare program in conformance with institutional regulations and state childcare licensing provisions. Responsibilities include the overall management of the center's early childhood program and its operation, facilitating, planning, and coordinating the children's educational programs and activities. This position reports to either the Operations Manager or the Chief Operations Officer, depending on assignment.
