The coordinator manages the full lifecycle of Care Professionals, from interviewing and onboarding to retention support and administrative coordination. They are responsible for leading weekly orientations and maintaining compliance records across two franchises.
Candidates should have experience in HR support, onboarding, or office administration with strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with HR systems or applicant tracking platforms is preferred.
