Manage the end-to-end authorization process for ABA therapy services, including submitting and tracking initial and concurrent requests. Collaborate with clinical teams and insurance providers to ensure uninterrupted client care and compliance with payer guidelines.
Requires at least 2 years of experience in healthcare authorizations or utilization management, with a strong preference for ABA therapy experience. Proficiency in CentralReach and Google Workspace is essential, along with a degree in Healthcare or Business Administration.

Our extensively trained BCBAs, Case Supervisors, and Technicians collaborate closely with parents to create tailored treatment plans that address the distinct requirements of each child.
Job Description
The ABA Authorization Specialist is responsible for managing the authorization process for ABA therapy services, ensuring clients receive timely access to care while maintaining compliance with insurance requirements and company policies. This role works closely with clinical teams, insurance payers, and internal departments to obtain, track, and maintain service authorizations while supporting uninterrupted care for our clients.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in healthcare authorizations, with a strong understanding of insurance processes and payer requirements.
